User Agreement

By registering as a user on Tradematrix.us, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement.

Introduction & Terms Agreement

Welcome to Tradematrix (hereinafter referred to as "Tradematrix" or the "Company"). The website Tradematrix.us is operated by Tradematrix, and both names refer to the same entity throughout this Agreement.

By registering as a user on Tradematrix.us, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement. Registration will only be completed once you actively indicate your agreement by ticking the confirmation box. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must refrain from registering and avoid using the Company's services.

Tradematrix reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. By continuing to use the services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure that you remain informed of any modifications.

Account Creation & Activation

                    Key Requirements:
                    Customers may create and access their account on the Company platform at any time
Account activation requires the purchase of an Educational and Service Package
Upon activation, the Company shall provide the services associated with the purchased package

                

Funded Account Program Rules

                    Account Termination Conditions:
                    Daily loss exceeds 5% of current balance
Total loss exceeds 10% of starting balance
No trading activity for 30 consecutive days

                

                    Approval Process:
                    Phase One: Achieve 8% profit
Phase Two: Achieve 5% profit
Upon successful completion, receive master funded account equal to funded amount

                

Earnings & Compensation

To qualify for income, users must activate their account by purchasing an Educational and Service Package. Users must first gain proper knowledge about Company trading products before promoting any services.

                    Income Streams:
                    Direct Bonus: 10% of package value from directly referred customers
International Matrix: 16-level matrix with 2.5% profit share per level
Turnover Bonus Level 1: 5% of Company's daily activation turnover (minimum 2 direct referrals | equally distributed for all qualified members)
Turnover Bonus Level 2: Additional 5% turnover bonus (10 direct referrals + 50 team members | equally distributed for all qualified members)

                

Acceptance of Terms

By activating an account, purchasing services, or participating in Company programs, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms stated in this Agreement.
